What data is collected
This site collects the following data when you submit the contact form:
- Phone number
- Full name
- Email address
- Message content
No tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or third-party analytics are loaded. Server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) are retained by the hosting provider for up to 14 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores one key in your browser's localStorage: zenlomixel_cookie_consent. This value records whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice. It is not transmitted to any server. No cookies from third parties are set.
You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
Legal basis for processing
Contact form submissions are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in maintaining site security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data retention
Contact form data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted. Server access logs are deleted after 14 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@zenlomixel.eu. Requests are processed within 30 days.
